Shipping Information

When you order from redravenbookstore.com, your merchandise is being pulled directly from the Ravens Bookstore sales floor and packed for shipping in our workroom. You won't have to wait weeks to get your order because we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are completed within two to three business days. If your order is going to be delayed, you will be contacted directly by a bookstore employee. 

The Red Ravens Bookstore Store offers a variety of ways for you to receive your merchandise including home delivery and in-store pickup.

FedEx Home Delivery

If you choose to have your order shipped to you it will be delivered via FedEx. When your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number for your convenience. Please note, FedEx is not able to deliver to PO boxes. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The Red Ravens Bookstore currently does not offer international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Customers whose order includes $149 or more of Ravens clothing and/or gift items will receive free ground shipping. For all other orders, shipping rates are as follows:

Holiday Shipping Guidelines

In order to ensure orders are processed and shipped in time for the holidays, we will be adhering to the following FedEx shipping schedule. For FedEx Ground guaranteed delivery by Christmas, orders must be processed and shipped by 2 p.m. on December 15. Orders will continue to be processed and shipped after that deadline, they just are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. The Red Ravens Bookstore will be closed during campus winter break. Orders placed during that time will be processed as quickly as possible when we return to campus in January.

In-Store Pickup

The Red Ravens Bookstore is proud to offer free and convenient in store pickup. How it works:

• Add the items you are wishing to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• On the checkout page, you will first log in if you are a returning customer or create an account if you are a new customer. Then you will be asked to put in your billing and shipping information. At this point please use your own personal information. The next step will ask you if you want to have your order shipped to you via FedEx or choose to pickup in-store. If you choose pickup that will change your default shipping information.
• Place your order and wait to receive an email stating, “Your Red Ravens Bookstore order is ready to be picked up”. (This is a separate email from your order confirmation).
• When your order is ready, please bring a photo ID to the Red Ravens Bookstore during business hours to pickup your order.
• The Red Ravens Bookstore will hold your order for 90 days. Orders not picked up after that time will be reshelved.
