119 = Course Number

When using the textbook dropdown menus, select each part of the course separately. Make sure the section number matches your schedule exactly. Different sections of the same course may use different materials.
First, make sure you selected the correct term. Then double-check the department, course number, and section number from your schedule.

If you still cannot find your class, the instructor may not have any required materials for the course. Check the course syllabus or contact your instructor.

Please bring a printed copy of your class schedule. You can get a printed copy in the Student Success Center if you do not have one. We cannot use cell phone photos of your schedule.
The Red Raven Bookstore is located on the CCC main campus in Weinberg Hall. Our entrance faces the fountain in the middle of campus.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

During the first and last week of each semester, the bookstore closes from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

During the summer, the bookstore is closed on Fridays.
All students may place textbook orders on the website regardless of payment type. A student ID number is required to place the order. When prompted to enter an account number at checkout, enter your student ID number.

All textbooks are rentals and must be returned to the bookstore in good used condition at the end of the semester. Books that are not returned or are returned damaged will be billed to the student account at full price.

Book scholarships will only pay for one copy of a textbook or access code. Lost books and lost access codes must be paid for out of pocket.
You can place your order on our website and pay for your course materials online.

Select “In Store Pick Up” if you will pick up your order at the bookstore during business hours. Select shipping if you would like physical books mailed to you. Select "Access Codes Only" if your order only contains access codes, they will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

Orders are not accepted over the phone.

If you choose to purchase a book instead of renting it, please be aware that the bookstore no longer does book buybacks.
Yes. Students enrolled for the current academic term may charge required course materials to their student account.

To charge materials to your student account, you must be logged in using your student ID number and be in good standing with the Business Office.

Only instructor-required course materials may be charged to the student account.

Financial aid and scholarships that apply to course material charges will be applied after the order is processed. Any remaining balance not covered by financial aid or scholarship must be paid by the student in RedConnect.
Yes. Pickup for online orders is available during regular business hours.

Please bring a photo ID when picking up your order.
An access code is used for some courses instead of, or in addition to, a printed textbook. Access codes may provide access to an eBook, homework platform, quizzes, simulations, or other required online course materials. Access codes are unique to each user and must be purchased just like any other textbook.

If you lose your access code, you will have to purchase a new one at full retail price.

The bookstore does not provide technical support for access codes or publisher websites.
Not always. Online classes do not automatically use eBooks or digital materials.

Yes. If you need an access code emailed to you, select “Access Codes Only” as your shipping method when placing your order.

A bookstore employee will email the access code to you after the order has been processed.

Access codes are not sent automatically by the website. They must be processed by bookstore staff. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST may not be processed until the next business day.

When will I receive my access code?

Access codes are emailed after the bookstore processes the order.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on a business day are processed as quickly as possible during bookstore hours.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST may not be processed until the next business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday may not be processed until Monday.
